U.S. District Judge Denise Cote said she plans on requiring Apple to hire an external monitor to ensure it doesn't fix e-book pricing again, according to a Reuters report. Cote found Apple guilty of conspiring with publishers to fix e-book pricing in July but has to order remedies for the situation.
